Founder & Owner
Jacob Hudson founded First Call Plumber, LLC with one simple goal: to give homeowners an honest alternative to the high-pressure sales tactics often found in larger plumbing companies. After beginning his plumbing career in 2018, Jacob gained valuable hands-on experience and eventually advanced into a management role with one of the country’s largest Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchise operations. While the experience strengthened his technical knowledge and leadership skills, it also showed him how often customers were encouraged to invest in repairs or replacements they didn’t truly need.
Believing homeowners deserved better, Jacob launched First Call Plumber at the beginning of 2026 with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and fair pricing. Today, he brings nearly eight years of professional plumbing experience to every service call, combining the knowledge gained from a large national company with the personalized care of a locally owned business.
Jacob believes every homeowner deserves clear communication, transparent recommendations, and quality workmanship. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, he takes the time to inspect each plumbing issue, explain the available options, and recommend the solution that best fits the customer's home and budget. His philosophy is simple: repair what's practical, replace only when necessary, and always treat every home with the same care and respect he would expect for his own family.
